TAHCHE

Glitz, Glamour, and a Night That Sparkled: Inside Tahche’s 2025 Christmas Party

There are nights that stay with you long after the lights dim, and our 2025 Christmas Party was one of them.

After a year when Cebu faced more challenges than most of us expected, the theme Glitz & Glamour felt perfectly fitting:  a reminder that even after the hardest seasons, we deserve moments to shine. And from the moment the event doors opened at Harold’s Hotel, shine is exactly what everyone did.

The red carpet was buzzing early, with teammates arriving in dazzling outfits, Christmas baskets in hand, and the energy of a long-awaited celebration. Starting off with a bang, guests enjoyed a photobooth and a pre-event scavenger hunt that got everyone hyped.

Once the program began, the celebration unfolded like a beautifully paced story. The hosts kicked off the evening by acknowledging VIPs, the Management Team, and the support teams, while also giving a special shout-out to teammates who traveled from out of town to be there. It was a moment that made the room feel connected, seen, and ready to celebrate.

From there, the evening took full flight.

Games turned the ballroom into a friendly battleground, with “Bring Me to Jerusalem” and “Golden Lyrics Guess-Off” taking the spotlight and getting everyone on their feet. Meanwhile, the Pink Panic Band kept the rhythm alive through the night.

CEO & Founder, Bryan Luoma, also shared a heartfelt Christmas message shared via video all the way from the US.

The night continued with raffles that brought unexpected bursts of excitement, a glamorous dinner buffet paired with live music, and the much-awaited Best Dressed Awards, where the runway sparkled with personality and confidence across the Female, Male, and LGBTQ+ categories.

We also took a moment to honor the heartbeat of our culture: the Tahche Clubs. These groups have brought people together in ways that make our workplace feel more connected and alive.

Another standout moment was the A Year in Lights AVP segment, featuring holiday messages from clients, including a heartfelt greeting from Hawaii, reminding us how far our partnerships reach and how meaningful our work truly is.

A lively gift exchange, the touching year-in-review slideshow, and the highly anticipated Same-Day Edit video brought all the laughter and memories together. And when Finance Controller Sir Ferdie Ang led the Christmas Toast, it felt like the perfect bridge to 2026: hopeful, united, and confident in the road ahead.

The night ended where all great celebrations should: on the dance floor, with music, rhythm, and smiles carrying us into the final days of the year.

As we step into a new year, may the light, laughter, and connection from this night stay with us.

Here’s to 2026! May it be bright, bold, and filled with moments that sparkle.

Tahche at 13: Radiant in Resilience, Golden in Triumph

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Tahche marked its 13th anniversary on September 8, 2025, commemorated with a three-day celebration from September 10 to 12 that reflected the company’s theme for the year: Radiant in Resilience, Golden in Triumph. The milestone was honored with moments of thanksgiving, recognition, and togetherness, capping more than a decade of growth, trust, and expansion.

Blessed Beginnings

On September 10, the anniversary celebration opened with a thanksgiving mass and blessing held at the Tahche headquarters, setting a reflective and grateful tone for the festivities.

Upon event registration, employees then received commemorative anniversary pins with raffle freebies, providing a bit of excitement at the very beginning of the event. Meanwhile, a ribbon-cutting ceremony officially opened the vendor booths, which became a lively part of the celebration throughout the three days.

Bliss and Balance

The second day offered a unique opportunity for employees to unwind and recharge. Skilled masseurs provided free blind massage sessions, giving lucky team members a well-deserved moment of relaxation. The booths remained open, drawing crowds and adding to the festive spirit.

The Golden Finale

The last day brought the celebration to a high-energy close. Employees enjoyed lighthearted parlor games, fun photo sessions at the photobooth, and bites to share with colleagues. The program also featured the recognition of loyalty awardees, with long-serving employees honored through commemorative gifts tied to the symbolism of their milestones—wood for five years to represent strength and foundation, for example—a creative way of showing Tahche’s appreciation for their dedication.

Bryan Luoma, CEO, also expressed gratitude to everyone who took part in the celebration via a video address, noting that the past three days were a reminder of how far Tahche has come and how much has been achieved together over the past 13 years.

“Thirteen years is not just a number. It represents resilience, trust, and growth. Today, Tahche is bigger than ever, with more clients putting their confidence in us and in the Filipino workforce. That’s you guys. Every milestone we achieve is proof of what we can accomplish together.”

– Bryan Luoma (CEO)

A Radiant Future

The celebration also became a moment to reflect on the dedication of the Tahche team—commitment that continues to inspire both colleagues and partners, and remains a key ingredient in the company’s success today. The warmth and hospitality shown during every milestone, including welcoming the next generation through internship opportunities, is a testament to the culture that makes Tahche truly special.

The three-day celebration closed with food, camaraderie, and picture-taking to capture the milestone moment. And with this, all of us at Tahche aspire to continue to be radiant in resilience and golden in triumph.

Congratulations once again to all loyalty award recipients and to the entire Tahche family for the 13 remarkable years. Here’s to the next chapter of growth, unity, and shared success.

On July 15, 2025, Tahche welcomed the leadership team of the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) to its headquarters at 1Nito Tower, Cebu City, as part of the organization’s Visayas Regional Roadshow.

Tahche has been a proud member of IBPAP since 2018.

The visiting delegation included IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid, Acting Membership Head Genny Marcial, Industry Development Manager Grace Mendiola, External Affairs Officer Lea Priol, and Senior Relationship Manager Cris Paras.

The visit began with a formal meet-and-greet, followed by a walkthrough of the Tahche App and the Tahche Career App, as well as a discussion on Tahche’s streamlined recruitment processes.

The Tahche App is a proprietary client-facing platform that gives hiring partners full visibility into the offshoring process, providing access to verified professional profiles from a wide range of industries, salary expectations, real-time updates, and interview scheduling tools. Meanwhile, the Tahche Career App supports Filipino job seekers by giving them direct access to job openings, application tracking, interview reminders, and onboarding updates, all within a centralized and user-friendly interface.

IBPAP’s leadership expressed strong interest in these innovations and engaged in in-depth discussions with Tahche’s management team, with the conversation revolving on digital tools and improving transparency and operational efficiency in the offshoring space.

Following the site visit, Tahche representatives attended the Regional General Membership Meeting (GMM) held at Seda Central Bloc, Cebu I.T. Park. The event, themed “Running on AI: Rethinking How We Work, Compete, and Grow,” focused on new business models and workforce dynamics in the AI era, underscoring the importance of innovation and adaptability in the BPO industry.

In a formal note of thanks following the visit, IBPAP President Jack Madrid highlighted the importance of engagements like this in fostering collaboration and advancing inclusive growth, particularly in emerging hubs like Cebu. He commended Tahche’s commitment to the continued growth of the IT-BPM industry.

Tahche is proud to be part of the IBPAP community, a collective of organizations dedicated to advancing the Philippine IT-BPM sector. We share in the commitment to innovate, empower Filipino professionals, and build a more resilient and inclusive BPO industry that supports national growth.

Vice Mayor Tommy Osmeña Visits Tahche to Champion Night-Shift Workers and the Future of Cebu’s BPO Industry

On June 13, 2025, Cebu City’s very own Vice Mayor Tommy Osmeña paid a visit to Tahche’s headquarters at 1Nito Tower, engaging directly with the team that powers a significant part of Cebu’s IT-BPM sector. Widely regarded as the “Father of BPO” in Cebu,  Vice Mayor Tommy’s presence underscored the city’s ongoing commitment to the growth and sustainability of the BPO workforce.

During the visit, he introduced his bold new initiative, “Mayor of the Night”, a program driven by the powerful vision of “A City That Works When You Do.” The initiative aims to improve the lives of Cebu’s night-shift professionals, largely consisting of BPO and offshore workers, by advocating for safer transportation, streamlined access to government services, upgraded infrastructure, and stronger support systems for single parents. At its core, the program is about making night work more sustainable, dignified, and future-ready.

What made the visit especially impactful was Vice Mayor Tommy’s willingness to listen. He heard directly from Tahche’s management team and employees about their experiences and challenges, particularly around wellness, mobility, and the support systems needed to thrive in night-shift roles.

In an industry built on performance and reliability, his hands-on and transparent approach resonated deeply with the team. The visit also reinforced the vital role of collaboration between the government and private companies in building a resilient, globally competitive BPO sector in Cebu.

Tahche extends its heartfelt thanks to Vice Mayor Tommy for taking the time to engage with the workforce and for his continued commitment to making Cebu a better place for all who power its growth, especially those who work through the night.

We’re honored to be part of the conversation shaping a stronger, more inclusive future for Cebu’s BPO community.

Tahche Volunteers Bring Smiles and Support to Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home

On June 7, 2025, a group of Tahche volunteers swapped their laptops for humanitarian service, bringing games, gifts, and genuine connection to the children of Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home in Pasig, Metro Manila. The Saturday visit wasn’t just a calendar checkbox for corporate social responsibility. It was a heartfelt mission, led by Tahche’s Vice President for Special Projects, Vicky Francois, to remind the children under the organization’s care that joy, play, and kindness are still theirs to receive.

Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Children’s Home, Inc. is an SEC registered organization, with license and accreditation from the Philippines’ Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) catering to abandoned, orphaned, neglected, foundling, and surrendered children.

On that bright June morning, Tahche’s Luzon-based team, joined by representatives from its Cebu office, arrived bearing donations and goodwill, ready to witness the resilience and brilliance of young lives too often overlooked.

The donations included educational toys, basic medicines, and grocery staples: sacks of rice, canned goods, cooking oil, children’s milk, and more courtesy of Tahche’s management,  employees, clients, and partners who gave from the heart. But the greatest gift of the day was presence.

From the moment volunteers began hosting games, the children lit up. With prizes in sight, their energy soared. Eager hands shot up for trivia, quick feet danced during games, and the home rang with laughter. The room came alive as the children gave impromptu song numbers, each performance brimming with a shy enthusiasm to show off their individual talents.

Then came a special dance performance of “APT” by the Tahche volunteers, turning the space into a mini concert filled with cheers, music, and connection. Children who best danced with the team earned their rightful prizes.

The visit is part of Tahche’s broader commitment to giving back to communities across the Philippines. More than just writing a check, the company believes in showing up with time, attention, and compassion. The volunteers left not just with empty supply boxes, but with hearts full of gratitude for the welcome they received.

Whether it’s your time, your treasure, or your talents, there’s a child who could use the reminder that they matter.

In a world that moves fast and often forgets its most vulnerable, deliver kindness with intention, for a positive impact that stays long after the act.

Tahche Does It the ‘Mamma Mia’ Way this Summer 2025: Sun, Songs, and Surprises!

From early morning swims to late-night karaoke, Tahche’s 2025 summer event was a sun-soaked celebration of teamwork, fun, and unforgettable memories. Held on April 5 at the stunning Vista Mar Beach Resort, the event brought together Tahche rockstars from all across the Philippines for one epic day by the sea.

Starting bright and early at 8 a.m., attendees dove into full resort access—whether they were splashing in the pool, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying a few rounds of billiards. It was the perfect beachside setup to unwind, recharge, and connect.

Adding to the fun was a special Tahche twist: a scavenger hunt where employees searched high and low for hidden Tahche logos, with exciting prizes awaiting the sharpest eyes. The energy was high and the vibe was pure joy all around.

At 4 p.m., the official program kicked off with opening remarks from Vicky Francois and a special recorded message from CEO Bryan Luoma. Even though he couldn’t join in person, his message of appreciation set the tone for an evening filled with fun, community, and celebration.

What followed was a hilarious and heartwarming contest that had everyone laughing and cheering—from who had the longest hair, to best “Budots” dance, to guessing songs for the chance to eat first at the buffet. The games were a hit!

Next up: two lively rounds of Bingo that had everyone at the edge of their seats. This was followed by the much-awaited announcement of The Biggest Loser Season 2: Executive Edition winners.

After all the excitement, it was time for photo ops and a well-deserved feast, as the buffet opened and the real party vibes took over.

Amidst the good food and conversation, Country Manager Amylene Sy closed the official event with a warm thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible.

But the night didn’t end there.

The summer celebration rolled on with raffle prizes, the surprise same-day-edit (SDE) video premiere, and an open mic karaoke session that transformed into a full-on dance party. Voices soared, laughter echoed, and bonds grew even stronger.

Clad in blue and white, under the warm summer sky, the Tahche family once again proved that when we come together, we make memories that last a lifetime.

Here’s to more sunny days, stronger teams, and more reasons to celebrate together.

Tahche x Rise Above Foundation: Uplifting Young Lives Through a Day of Fun, Learning, and Giving Back

Tahche recently concluded a heartwarming Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event in partnership with Rise Above Foundation Cebu, Inc. Held on March 29, 2025, the outreach brought together over 50 Tahche employee-volunteers who generously donated both goods and their time to create a day filled with joy, learning, and inspiration for children and teenagers under the foundation’s care.

The event was the highlight of a month-long donation drive that ran from February 24 to March 27, with the Tahche Cebu Office lobby serving as the main drop-off location. Thanks to the overwhelming support of our team and clients, the initiative gathered a wide array of donations, from food items and school supplies to hygiene kits and toys for the children to enjoy.

The day kicked off with a warm welcome message from Tahche’s VP for Special Projects, Vicky Fracois. Following that, the program energized kids and teens alike with interactive games.

The day continued with inspiring dance presentations from the children and teenagers of Rise Above Foundation. A hearty lunch was also distributed to keep everyone full and in good spirits.

The day continued on with more engaging activities. Younger kids enjoyed a drawing session headed by Tahche creatives, while teenagers took part in an interactive segment titled “A Day in My Life As,” featuring a guessing game and short career talks led by Tahche’s very own roster of established professionals. A short film showing capped off the day’s festivities, giving the children a chance to wind down and enjoy some screen time with their new friends.

To everyone who helped make this event possible, especially our clients who supported the program or allowed their employees to participate—we thank you. Your generosity and encouragement allowed us to not only donate resources but also share time, attention, and love with a community that deserves to be seen and celebrated.

This event truly was a reminder of what’s possible when people come together for a common purpose. At Tahche, we believe that success means nothing if we’re not lifting others up along the way, and we look forward to doing even more in the months to come.

Tahche and FFF Inspire Change Against Teenage Pregnancy Through the Girl Power Christmas Futsal Festival in Bulua

December 21-22, 2025, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines The “FFF-Tahche Girl Power Christmas Futsal Festival” concluded with resounding success, providing a platform for young girls to showcase their sport talent while addressing the pressing issue of teenage pregnancy in Northern Mindanao.

Last December 2024, Tahche partnered with Friends of Female Footballers (FFF) to sponsor a two-day Futsal competition at the Bulua National High School Gym. In doing so, they provided young Filipino women a chance to engage in structured, disciplined activities in the hopes of providing them with the direction and guidance needed to veer away from unwanted teenage pregnancy.

This is in the face of a troubling trend in Northern Mindanao, where around 30 teenage pregnancies are reported daily. Through the futsal festival, girls were able to focus on self-improvement and connect with positive role models. Sports, as event organizers highlighted, can serve as a powerful tool to steer youth toward healthier decisions.

The festival brought together nearly 60 teams from Mindanao and the Visayas, with girls playing for a wide range of age categories. Over two days of intense futsal matches, participants displayed extraordinary skill, determination, and teamwork.

Dedication to Making a Difference

Tahche’s involvement in the festival underscores its broader commitment to Filipino communities. Beyond its role as a first-class service provider in offshore recruitment, the company has consistently invested in programs that drive positive change.

This initiative is just one of the ways Tahche gives back. From partnerships with Habitat for Humanity Philippines to supporting educational initiatives, the company continues to demonstrate its dedication to uplifting Filipinos, particularly in Mindanao, where CEO Bryan Luoma has personal ties.

A Celebration of Community and Hope

The festival culminated in an awards ceremony, celebrating the athletes’ achievements and emphasizing the importance of teamwork and perseverance.

Special shout out to local football clubs, such as Lumbia Raptors FC and Bulua Strikers FC, who played a crucial role in organizing and inspiring participants.

Looking Forward

Tahche’s sponsorship of the “FFF-Tahche Girl Power Christmas Futsal Festival” marks the beginning of what could be a lasting partnership with Friends of Female Footballers and local organizations. Plans are already underway to expand the initiative, ensuring that more young girls in the Philippines can benefit from opportunities like this.

A Call to Action

The success of the FFF-Tahche Girl Power Christmas Futsal Festival is a reminder of the impact of collective effort. Tahche invites more partners to join in empowering Filipino youth, proving that when communities come together, real change is possible.
